Unfortunately, because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return, or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. Once the order is placed, the order is immediately processed. We cannot refund an order once it has been placed. All YTOY sales are final.
Return Policy for Defective Product
At YTOY, there is nothing more important than providing you with a satisfying customer experience!
Here are step-by-step guidelines to process your return request.
1. YTOY does not issue a refund for a defective item.
2. Once an item is deemed defective YTOY will replace the item.
3. For hygienic reasons, please do not send us the defective product.
4. We do not accept returns for items that were open or closed, used and/or shows signs of defects.
5. In the case where an item is defective YTOY will replace the item if the product falls within our warranty guidelines.
6. All YTOY products qualify for a 1-year warranty for mechanical failure. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
