Return
- Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return, or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective.
- If you receive a defective product, please follow the procedure to operate the product and send us a video or picture to prove the product is defective. If this defect is real, we will re-ship it immediately.
Operating procedure:
- Ensuring the toy is charged / new batteries have been inserted.
- Turning off a travel lock.
- Following manufacturer's instructions for speed or function changes, etc.
Refund
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Products in any of the following conditions cannot be refunded:
- Apply 7 days after you receive the package;
- Products have been used, stretched, or contaminated;
- Products are damaged by improper use or installation, or unauthorized repair and other man-made damages;
- To show our professional after-service, we would love to resend for missing package. But we don't refund for the courier's fault.
Late or missing
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us
